Borut Strazisar is a lecturer on various workshops and seminars about concessions, B.O.T. and public sector. He was advising Community of Zagorje how to privatise collection of garbage on B.O.T. scheme and Community of Izola on B.O.T. scheme in gas pipe-line. In 2003 he was involved within the Ministry for Health to work on new health regulations. In 1999 he was involved in PHARE Slovenia Project Approximation of Legislation, Regulation and Enforcement. He was involved in the project "Antibureocratic fight program for promotion of private initiative in Republic of Slovenia" in 1999. He is a lecturer at residential MBA at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. He is a participant in Soocrates/Erasmus Programme since 2004. Now he works as a legal consultant for Slovenian association of private medical doctors and dentists (concessions, medical malpractice, etc.). In 2006 he was a candidate for the judge for Constitutional Court of Republic of Slovenia.
