François Tcheng is currently the Senior Manager of business development in Europe for Bouygues Travaux Publics. He has successfully developed a number of outstanding projects as the lead firm (from tender phase to financial close): N4 expressway in South Africa, A28 (2001) and A41 (2006) motorways in France, light-rail system in Reims, France (2005) and New Tyne Crossing in the UK (2007). The total amount of project finance raised for these projects is around €3 billion.

These successful achievements have given him international recognition as a PPP project expert. He is a Member of the Board of the following concession companies: Alis (A28) and Adelac (A41).
