| Within the State Policy Framework an important milestone was the PPP Pilot Projects analysis approved in May 2007. The Government assigned to: the MoF and MoRD: to develop and publish manuals,
the Czech Statistical Office: to cooperate with the ministries during preparation of the project to prepare the proper ESA 95 classification,
the Central Government institutions: to respect published manuals during preparation of PPPs (aim: transparency, easy audit, lower transaction costs), to consider continuously PPP solutions before preparation of long-term projects.
